The first step is to meet with you and your team to understand your business, where its strengths are, its vision for success, its biggest performance and opportunity gaps. It’s also about listening deeper to what motivates everyone and how we can use this to help you succeed.
The next step in this phase is to assess where the business, and the people in it, are at in the journey. This is where we’ll identify what small changes could see immediate improvement and ultimately, what is the key to moving forward.

After the Discovery phase, we’ll lead you through a strategic vision process. This process is designed and facilitated to respond to the challenges and opportunities that owner operated businesses face. We take the traditional strategic process – where are we now, where do want to be in the future and how will we get there – and break into manageable and achievable components. Our facilitated approach is a blend of head and heart thinking that works equally as well for the action, visual or reflective thinker.
The final output of this phase is a clear set of priorities and action plan presented in a clear and visual format.

The application phase is where we’ll get to work on putting everything we’ve learned thus far into action. This involves things like upgrading skills in the business, learning and implementing new business tools, developing more efficient ways of doing things and expanding your team’s mindset to overcome challenges and seize new opportunities.

For this reason, we make it our priority to spend a substantial amount of time working with you (between 8-16 hours per month) so you have access to the expertise, resources and hands-on support you need to continue pursuing sustainable business transformation.
