Chris Barlow is a leading coaching consultant specialising in building high-performance habits for leaders, teams and professionals involved in business development. For the past 16 years, he has worked as a passionate certified executive coach helping people to realise a bigger future for themselves.
As an executive coach Chris stretches individuals and teams, holding the mirror up so they can see the impact of their behaviour on their effectiveness. Chris creates an environment where the unsafe is safe to consider and act upon. He guides people to awaken to their potential as he helps them to scrutinise their thoughts, beliefs, and assumptions – so they can shift their default thinking, show up authentically and leverage their unique strengths to achieve extraordinary results.
Chris’s prior experience running his own business for seven years enables him to relate to leaders’ dilemmas and the coming to terms with their own beliefs. He turned his business around from a $100,000 loss into a $1M profit in six months through developing his own leadership skills.

Chris has worked with more than 800 leaders across professional services, financial services and the building/construction industries amassing more than 8,000 coaching hours in the last 16 years.
Martina Rios, purpose-driven transformation life coach and women’s empowerment mentor, helps her clients to gain confidence by letting go of past stories and shifting limiting beliefs, so they can live with more intention and authenticity.
Her current focus is on systemic coaching and constellation facilitation while integrating her knowledge to guide women to be courageous and authentic leaders in business and private life.
At present Martina is extending her study journey within psychological science, her business development experience is summed up by a decade of working along with leadership teams in Sydney.
Born and raised in Switzerland, she has been living in Australia for 17 years and her biggest passion is enriching her own life through travel adventures.
Alana has over 25 years’ experience leading, shaping and supporting global capability and leadership projects. She has a background in Learning & Development, Project Management, Events and Customer & Employee Experience.
We call her the activator, as she is exceptional at quickly turning thoughts into actions that creates a real energy, ensuring everyone she collaborates with stays focused and motivated.
Outside of work Alana enjoys spending time with her family and taking their schnoodle (dog) for long beach walks and swims. Alana is community minded and volunteers for several local not for profit organisations on the Sunshine Coast.
Dan is an internationally accredited business mentor and coach with over 30 years of industry experience. Throughout this time, Dan has completed studies in general management, business and law and has worked in leadership roles at a range of multinational firms around the world.
With a passion for knowledge and supporting others on their learning journeys, Dan’s primary goal for his clients is to see their businesses thryve and to help them experience greater enjoyment from working in their business.
He does this by really listening to his clients and working with them to get a clear, structured and achievable business vision. Once the vision is clear, he coaches them and their teams to bring in new skills as well as focus and accountability to achieve their version of success – whatever that may be.
Ellen’s work at Thryve spans a wide range of activities, from being the general sounding board and finding great facilitation venues, all the way to checking those tricky excel cells that keep changing in that financial data sheet.
Ellen’s work interests lie in the joys of financial data and administration and a certain amount of financial software geekiness; she loves detail and polishing the edges.
If not chasing numbers, Ellen also loves yoga, reading, horse riding (when there is an opportunity) and swimming.
