Chris has assisted businesses and business owners to achieve their goals for over 30 years. In the last 12 years in Australia Chris has worked with manufacturing, construction and service based businesses in both turnaround, change management and sales management. Chris is the Founder of Grow to Live Business Coaching.
Chris’ expertise is in improving team leadership and performance, hiring the right people, improving cash flow, business planning and execution and freeing up owners time to grow their business.
Chris has 3 grown up children and lives with his partner and her children in Currumbin on the Gold Coast.
Deon has over 10 years’ experience as a consultant, coach and advisor. In addition, he has held senior leadership positions at a global industrial gases company, a food ingredient production plant, a top 2% university, business incubators/accelerators and startups.
His coaching focus is to help leaders and their teams obtain greater clarity about their existing operations, pragmatically set strategic direction, and create then execute a plan of action with a happier, more aligned and effective team to deliver business transformation. His other consulting interests include financial modelling, project management, team and individual productivity, and research commercialisation.
Outside of work, Deon enjoys movies, boating and family time outdoors and at the beach.
Ellen’s work at Thryve spans a wide range of activities, from being the general sounding board and finding great facilitation venues, all the way to checking those tricky excel cells that keep changing in that financial data sheet.
Ellen’s work interests lie in the joys of financial data and administration and a certain amount of financial software geekiness; she loves detail and polishing the edges.
If not chasing numbers, Ellen also loves yoga, reading, horse riding (when there is an opportunity) and swimming.
Alana has over 25 years’ experience leading, shaping and supporting global capability and leadership projects. She has a background in Learning & Development, Project Management, Events and Customer & Employee Experience.
We call her the activator, as she is exceptional at quickly turning thoughts into actions that creates a real energy, ensuring everyone she collaborates with stays focused and motivated.
Outside of work Alana enjoys spending time with her family and taking their schnoodle (dog) for long beach walks and swims. Alana is community minded and volunteers for several local not for profit organisations on the Sunshine Coast.
Dan is an internationally accredited business mentor and coach with over 30 years of industry experience. Throughout this time, Dan has completed studies in general management, business and law and has worked in leadership roles at a range of multinational firms around the world.
With a passion for knowledge and supporting others on their learning journeys, Dan’s primary goal for his clients is to see their businesses thryve and to help them experience greater enjoyment from working in their business.
He does this by really listening to his clients and working with them to get a clear, structured and achievable business vision.
